Israel ambassador: Iran's situation could be a benefit for Ukraine

Weakening Iran benefits Kyiv. After strikes by Israel and the US, Iran's military leadership is now focused on internal issues, believes Israeli Ambassador to Ukraine Michael Brodsky.
"If we try to look at it from Ukraine's perspective, I think this whole situation will work in its favor," he said.
The ambassador noted that Iran is Russia’s closest ally and has supplied drones to Russia. Following recent events, Iran’s military capabilities will be severely limited.
According to him, Iran will be occupied with rebuilding its military command.
"They definitely won’t be able to assist Russia anytime soon. So for Ukraine, what happened to Iran is a plus," the ambassador concluded.
Defeat of Iran
Israel conducted a large-scale operation targeting Iran's nuclear and military facilities. The strikes took place from June 13 to June 25. The operation involved eliminating high-ranking Iranian military officials and nuclear scientists working for the regime.
Targets included uranium enrichment centers, military bases, air defense systems, and military industry sites. Key figures were eliminated, including the commander of the IRGC and the chiefs of the general staff.
Iran and Russia are part of the so-called "axis of evil," which also includes North Korea and China. All these countries are hostile to Ukraine.
According to a survey by the Razumkov Center, Ukrainians hold predominantly negative attitudes toward six countries worldwide. The worst attitudes are toward Russia (-92.6%) and its allies — Belarus (-79.5%), Iran (-72.3%), and China (-54.2%).
