Iranian media reports that the United States and Israel struck energy infrastructure in the cities of Isfahan and Khorramshahr, according to Anadolu Agency.

As the media cites the Fars news agency, the attack damaged gas supply facilities and a gas pipeline, with no casualties reported.

In Isfahan, the gas supply management building and a gas pressure reduction station were hit, causing damage to some facilities and nearby houses.

In Khorramshahr, a missile struck the gas pipeline area, but no information on casualties has been received.

Electricity supply in Khorramshahr remains uninterrupted, and there is no data yet on outages in Isfahan.

After talks with Iran, Trump ordered a postponement of strikes on the country’s energy infrastructure. He said that over the past two days, Washington and Tehran held very fruitful and constructive talks on resolving the conflict.

Later, Iranian media denied Trump’s statement, reporting that no negotiations had taken place between Tehran and Washington. The Iranian foreign ministry claims that the US president is simply trying to buy time while regional de-escalation efforts continue.

According to Reuters, the US is negotiating with Iranian parliament speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf. Ghalibaf, commenting on these reports, denied any contacts with Washington and emphasized that he continues to support Iran’s supreme leader.

On March 23, US president Donald Trump said that Tehran wants to make a deal, which could happen within five days or sooner.

He stressed that the latest talks with Iran took place last night. According to Trump, Iran has representatives with whom the US presidential administration has been negotiating.
