Ukraine has stepped up cooperation with Gulf countries, providing defense expertise and support to help stabilize the region. This role of Ukrainian units is reportedly causing frustration within Russia's leadership, according to a statement from President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

Ukraine's leader says daily interaction occurs at the team level, with the goal of turning Ukraine's defense experience into long-term collaboration and global recognition for the country.
Ukrainian units have already achieved tangible results in protection efforts. The country is sharing expertise and providing real support to its partners.
"Intelligence shows how much this frustrates Russia, that the world needs Ukrainians and that Ukrainians can contribute to stabilization," Volodymyr Zelenskyy stressed.
Significance of joint decisions
The president called on other nations to also contribute to global stability, noting that coordination among people is the least acceptable scenario for aggressors.
"This is most unacceptable for countries like Russia, when nations of the world are not acting alone and when people are not left alone with invaders," Zelenskyy added.
Earlier, reports emerged that over 200 Ukrainian military experts are assisting Middle Eastern countries in defending against kamikaze drone attacks. Specialists are currently deployed in three countries in the region, with more than 30 additional experts ready for deployment.
In addition, Ukraine's leader reported that three specialist teams were sent to the Middle East to counter Shahed drones. Beyond sharing unique expertise in drone interception, Kyiv aims to strengthen its own air defenses, including by acquiring PAC-3 missiles for Patriot systems.
