According to them, Harry and Meghan will never divorce because "their value is in being a couple." This statement was made by an insider source as the Internet began to gossip that the couple might break up.

"Meghan and Harry know that they are tied together, their value is in being a couple - even if they wanted to split, they couldn’t. And honestly, they are obsessed with each other. They are just two narcissists," the source said.

Another insider with personal knowledge of the original $20 million Penguin Random House deal the Duke and Duchess signed in 2021 said he had never heard or believed the claims of their divorce were true.

"They are worth more together. It doesn’t benefit them to be apart - they have all their deals together. I think the Random House deal is much like the Netflix deal: Netflix just said ‘Yes’ to everything because they wanted to get the docu-series [‘Harry & Meghan’]. So they said, ‘Ok, we’ll take the ‘Polo’ show’ and let’s see what happens with Meghan’s lifestyle show," the insider said.

Rumors about Meghan Markle's book

The network also talked about a book about Meghan Markle's life, allegedly after her divorce from Prince Harry. It was claimed that people working for the Duchess of Sussex had spoken to "an unnamed publisher to gauge interest in this book idea." The book was supposed to be about the aftermath of the divorce from Harry, not about Meghan Markle's first husband, Trevor Engelson, with whom the star divorced in 2014.

The source also emphasizes that Markle does not like to talk about her first marriage to Engelson.

Meanwhile, Vanity Fair noted that the release of such a book would not mean the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's divorce, "but would be intended to see if the publisher would be theoretically interested if a divorce ever became a reality."

However, the publisher never made such an offer, and the manuscript was not realized because there is no divorce to write about.
