Industrial facility attacked in Ternopil region, gas supply restrictions are possible

In the Ternopil region, during Russia's massive attack on Ukraine, there have been impacts on a critical industrial facility. Gas supply restrictions are possible in the region, according to the Telegram channel of the head of the Ternopil Regional State Administration, Viacheslav Nehoda.
"As a result of the overnight enemy attack on the Ternopil region, there have been missile strikes on a critical industrial facility. Gas supply restrictions may occur," Nehoda writes.
The head of the Ternopil Regional State Administration adds that air defense forces shot down an enemy missile. There are no casualties from the shelling.
The relevant services are currently working to eliminate the aftermath of the attack, and civilians are advised to remain in shelters until the air alert is lifted.
Massive shelling of Ukraine by Russia
On the night of March 7, Russian forces launched a drone attack against Ukraine. Later, the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported that the enemy also deployed Tu-95MS bombers. It was also confirmed that cruise missiles were launched from the maritime area.
According to the head of the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine, Herman Halushchenko, energy and gas infrastructure were hit during the shelling.
