Homemade pistachio ham recipe that beats store-bought every time

Chicken ham with pistachios: Simple recipe
Ingredients:
- Chicken breast – 600 g
- Chicken thigh – 400 g
- Mushrooms – 100 g
- Salt and pepper – to taste
- Dried garlic – 2 tsp
- Smoked paprika – 1 tsp
- 20% cream – 75 ml
- Pistachios – 60 g (or any nuts)
Total preparation time – 80 minutes plus 2–5 hours for marinating.
Instructions:
First, blend the chicken breast in a blender. Cut the thigh and mushrooms into pieces and add them to the minced meat.
Add dried garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, pistachios, and a little cream to the mixture. Mix everything thoroughly and place it on parchment paper or plastic wrap.

Refrigerate for 2 hours, or preferably overnight. Then bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 60 minutes.
