Hezbollah drone struck Israeli military base, resulting in deaths of four soldier - IDF
In Israel, a military base in the Binyamina area was struck by a drone airstrike on Sunday, October 13. As a result of the attack, four soldiers were killed, and seven others were injured, reports the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).
That night, the Israeli military clarified the details of yesterday evening's drone attack, when one of the drones launched by Hezbollah struck a gathering of people, resulting in dozens of injuries.
"Yesterday (Sunday), a UAV launched by the Hezbollah terrorist organization hit an army base adjacent to Binyamina," the IDF stated.
The Israel Defense Forces reported that during the incident, four IDF soldiers were killed in the incident and an additional seven were severely injured.
It is noted that all the injured were evacuated to hospitals for medical assistance.
The IDF also stated that an investigation is underway regarding the incident.

Earlier, it was reported that on Sunday evening, militants from the Hezbollah group launched drones at Israel. One drone struck a gathering of people in the Binyamina area, with reports of 67 injuries.
According to medical sources, four individuals were critically injured, five sustained serious injuries, and fourteen had moderate injuries.
It was later revealed that Hezbollah militants used kamikaze drones known as Mirsad, referred to in Iran as Ababil-T. One of these drones could not be shot down; it disappeared from radar and subsequently hit a military target.
