What are the benefits of seeds

The doctor emphasized that using seeds as a treatment is unnecessary! However, if you accidentally swallow a seed, you might get some benefits from it.

Grape seeds:

  • Contain vitamin E (vitamin of youth)
  • Phytoestrogens, beneficial for women in mature age
  • Strengthen the walls of blood vessels and capillaries
  • Lower blood pressure and cholesterol

Olive seeds:

  • Have choleretic effects
  • Act as sorbents

Grapefruit seeds:

  • Contain antioxidants from the bioflavonoid group
  • Vitamins C, E
  • Fruit acids

Pomegranate seeds:

  • Useful during menopause, lower blood pressure
  • Contain vitamins B6, B9, C, PP, and minerals iron, sodium, phosphorus, potassium
  • Contain oxalic, malic, and citric acids
  • Improve digestion due to fiber content

Plum seeds:

  • Have a diuretic effect

Apple seeds:

  • Contain vitamin E and iodine; 6-7 seeds provide the daily norm of iodine

Watermelon seeds:

  • Contain unsaturated oleic and linoleic acids
