What are the benefits of seeds
The doctor emphasized that using seeds as a treatment is unnecessary! However, if you accidentally swallow a seed, you might get some benefits from it.
Grape seeds:
- Contain vitamin E (vitamin of youth)
- Phytoestrogens, beneficial for women in mature age
- Strengthen the walls of blood vessels and capillaries
- Lower blood pressure and cholesterol
Olive seeds:
- Have choleretic effects
- Act as sorbents
Grapefruit seeds:
- Contain antioxidants from the bioflavonoid group
- Vitamins C, E
- Fruit acids
Pomegranate seeds:
- Useful during menopause, lower blood pressure
- Contain vitamins B6, B9, C, PP, and minerals iron, sodium, phosphorus, potassium
- Contain oxalic, malic, and citric acids
- Improve digestion due to fiber content
Plum seeds:
- Have a diuretic effect
Apple seeds:
- Contain vitamin E and iodine; 6-7 seeds provide the daily norm of iodine
Watermelon seeds:
- Contain unsaturated oleic and linoleic acids
