French assistance to Ukraine
It should be noted that France is one of the leading countries in terms of assistance to Ukraine. Paris has provided military and financial assistance and supported EU sanctions against Russia.
In the winter, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited France and signed a security guarantee agreement with President Emmanuel Macron.
Later, Zelenskyy announced that Ukraine would receive a new military aid package from France. It will include artillery shells, Caesar self-propelled artillery systems, and additional air defense reinforcements.
