Harris states that Iran acts as destabilizing force in Middle East

US presidential candidate Kamala Harris responded to Iran's missile attack on Israel, stating that Iran is a destabilizing force in the Middle East, reports Reuters.
"I'm clear-eyed Iran is a destabilizing, dangerous force in the Middle East. I will always ensure Israel has the ability to defend itself against Iran and Iran-backed terrorist militias," she stated on Tuesday.
Additionally, on the same day, October 1, President Joe Biden convened an urgent meeting regarding the situation in Israel and instructed US military forces to assist the Israeli state in intercepting Iranian missiles.
Harris expressed her full support for Biden's order to intercept Iranian missiles.
