Hangar with diesel fuel on fire in Moscow
In the west of Moscow, a hangar with diesel fuel covering an area of about 1000 square meters caught fire, according to Shot Telegram channel.
The fire engulfed a two-story metal building with an extension on the territory of the Lata Track ski resort on Krylatskaya Street, where a large amount of diesel fuel was stored.
Firefighters are reported to be working at the scene, and no injuries have been reported so far.
Explosions and fires in Russia
In 2023, the number of attacks by strike drones in Russian regions increased. There are also frequent fires and explosions in Russia. Different regions, including Moscow, are under attack.
For example, only recently it became known about a fire that broke out on the territory of the Moscow Chagino power substation. At the time, thick smoke and a transformer fire as well as 120 liters of fuel burned were reported.
It was also reported that on December 7, the Elektrozavod plant was on fire in Moscow. The fire started on the first floor of the paint and varnish shop located at the plant for the manufacture of reinforced concrete products and metal structures.
