Hamas is ready to release all hostages, names condition

Hamas seeks to reach a deal to end the war in the Gaza Strip - the group also intends to exchange all Israeli hostages for Palestinians imprisoned in Israel, according to Reuters.
Khalil al-Hayya, leader of Hamas in Gaza, who heads the negotiating team, stated that the group will no longer accept interim agreements, adopting a stance that Israel is unlikely to accept, and which could further delay the cessation of the destructive shelling that resumed in recent weeks.
"Netanyahu and his government use partial agreements as a cover for their political agenda, which is based on continuing the war of extermination and starvation, even if the price is sacrificing all his prisoners (hostages)," said Hayya, referring to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
The latest round of negotiations regarding the restoration of a ceasefire and the release of Israeli hostages ended without a visible breakthrough, Palestinian and Egyptian sources reported.
Hayya stated that Hamas had accepted the mediators' proposal, from Qatar and Egypt, to release some hostages in exchange for Palestinians imprisoned by Israel, and to begin talks on implementing the second stage of the ceasefire agreement, which includes ending the war and withdrawing Israeli forces from Gaza.
He accused Israel of presenting a counterproposal with "impossible conditions."
Israel’s proposals
Egypt, acting as a mediator, presented Hamas with a new Israeli proposal for a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip. However, Hamas believes that the proposal does not meet its demands.
