Processed foods typically contain a lot of added sugar, which can contribute to weight gain, especially in the abdominal area. The simplest way to do this is to increase the amount of fruits and vegetables you eat, while excluding products such as chocolate, sweets, and cookies.
Cardio exercises
Regularly engage in cardio exercises to burn calories and promote overall fat loss. These include running, cycling, and HIIT exercises.
Strength exercises
It's also beneficial to include weekly strength exercises targeting the core and lower body.
Complex movements such as squats, lunges, and deadlifts engage multiple muscle groups, including the muscles in the lower abdomen.
Ab exercises
Don't forget about core exercises such as leg lifts, reverse crunches, and planks.
Pilates and yoga
