The girl Zara from Czechia climbed to an altitude of 5300 meters above sea level, and this little adventurer is only 4 years old. She conquered Everest in the company of her father and older brother.

4-year-old Zara and her father and older brother reached the Everest Base Camp, known as EBC. The total length of the family expedition to the base camp and back is about 270 km.
The girl became a world record holder because she is the youngest person to conquer the summit of Everest. Before her, the youngest person was a 5-year-old Indian.
"Now they are returning on foot. The conditions and weather are winter-like, with temperatures significantly below freezing. We are heading to base camp 1. January was cold, from -20 to -25. There were no problems during the march, and acclimatization went well. Thanks to her excellent physical condition, " Little Zara surpassed hundreds of other trekkers who started their ascent," said her brother Sasha.

He added that parents have paid much attention to Zara's physical development since early childhood, making her resilient.
"Zara's parents, from a very early age, just like children who have been growing for hundreds of thousands of years, emphasized the development of her mental and physical abilities according to a scheme observed in tribes leading an original way of life. Specifically, every day, little Zara, in extremely difficult conditions of the Malaysian jungle, ran 5-10 km after finishing classes at the Chinese kindergarten at an altitude of 300-600 meters and even more on weekends," he added.
The brother also explained that Zara never bathes in warm water.
"In 2023, she covered over 2200 km through the jungles. In addition, she goes to kindergarten every day. Therefore, there is no problem for her to walk much simpler and very well-adjusted paths in the Himalayas. Little Zara also never bathes in warm water; on the contrary, she adds ice, probably because the cold doesn't bother her. Thanks to carefully planned acclimatization, her blood oxygen saturation never dropped below 90%," Sasha said.
In addition, he explained that Zara is a citizen of Czechia and Canada, lives in Malaysia with her parents and 7-year-old brother, and speaks Czech, English, and Chinese.
