"The thing is I love Nutella and I'm not willing to give it up just to lose fat," the trainer said.

"Measure out five grams of Nutella, put it in a small bowl, then add 20 grams of 0% fat Greek yogurt and mix them together," she advised.

The trainer noted that this way, you can enjoy a larger amount of spread, which is protein-rich and contains only 35 calories.

"You're saving yourself about 100 calories a day just from that little trick," she added.
