A fire broke out at a shipbuilding plant in Petrozavodsk, Russia, on Thursday, April 3. There are casualties, reports News of Petrozavodsk and Karelia.

At the epicenter of the explosion were two welders, both of whom are currently in critical condition. Later, the number of casualties increased to three.
