Explosions were heard in the Zaporizhzhia region and the city of Zaporizhzhia due to an enemy strike using guided aerial bombs. The danger in the region remains in effect, Head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov, reports.

According to Fedorov, this evening, August 10, Zaporizhzhia came under an enemy strike. As the Head of the Regional Military Administration explained, one of the city's districts is currently filled with smoke, and emergency services are working to determine all the consequences of the attack.

Fedorov also warned of the threat of further strikes with guided aerial bombs on the region and the city, urging residents to follow safety measures and remain in protected areas until the all-clear signal is given.

Preliminarily, three people were injured due to the strike on a transportation infrastructure facility. Doctors assess their condition as moderate. According to Fedorov, all of them are receiving the necessary assistance.

Shelling of Ukraine on August 10

On the morning of August 10, Russian forces attacked the Kherson region. Due to the strike, a house was damaged.

Russian drone strikes killed two civilians in the Kherson region, and several more people were injured due to enemy shelling.

At the same time, as previously reported, this morning, a Russian drone struck the roof of the Sumy Regional State Administration building in the city center.

This is not the first strike in the past month. Russia is systematically attacking administrative and civilian facilities, trying to pressure the local population and sow panic.

During the day, Russian forces also attacked the railway station in Synelnykove, temporarily suspending train traffic.
