On the evening of Monday, July 14, explosions were heard in Chernihiv. The city is under attack by enemy Shahed drones, according to the head of the Chernihiv city military administration, Dmytro Bryzhynskyi.

According to him, the first explosions in the city were heard around 8:40 p.m..

"Two Shaheds were recorded falling on the outskirts of the city. Information about damages and casualties is being clarified. Stay in shelters," he wrote.

Later, he reported several more explosions.

As of 9:30 p.m., there was no information about any injuries.

However, it is worth noting that several Ukrainian regions are currently experiencing drone attacks. The Russian army has launched Shaheds from different directions.

Strike on Chernihiv

On the night of June 6, Ukraine was under a massive Russian attack. Explosions were heard in Chernihiv, with several hits confirmed. The head of the Chernihiv regional military administration, Viacheslav Chaus, said that the Russian forces used Shahed drones, ballistic missiles, and a cruise missile in the attack.

It later became known that two security guards at an industrial enterprise were trapped under rubble due to the attack.
