Explosions heard in Zaporizhzhia, Kremenchuk, and the suburbs of Dnipro
Explosions were heard in Zaporizhzhia, Kremenchuk, and the suburbs of Dnipro during an air raid alert overnight on February 20, according to local media reports.
Explosions near Kremenchuk in Poltava region were heard after midnight. Before that, around 00:00, residents of Dnipro reported explosions in the suburbs.
Additionally, around 00:05, explosions were reported in Zaporizhzhia.
Before that, the command of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine warned of the detection of enemy strike drones in the sky over several regions.
In particular, kamikaze drones of the Shahed-type were spotted in the Kirovohrad region from the east towards Kropyvnytskyi, and Russian drones were moving towards Kremenchuk in the Kirovohrad region and were spotted on the outskirts of Dnipro.
At 23:54, the movement of an enemy missile towards Dnipro was detected.
In addition, the military reported the detection of activity of enemy tactical aviation in the Azov Sea waters and warned of the threat of the use of aviation strike assets.
