Explosions heard in Sumy, Ukrainian army warns of drone attacks

On the night of August 18, a series of explosions were heard in Sumy. The military reported that drones were approaching the city, according to the Telegram channels of Suspilne Novyny and the Ukrainian Air Forces.
“In Sumy, a series of explosions were heard, according to correspondents from Suspilne,” the report stated at 03:57 Kyiv time.
About an hour earlier, the military had warned that enemy reconnaissance drones were spotted in the Sumy region, later clarifying that several strike drones were heading toward the city.
