Explosions heard in Kyiv amid drone attack as air defense responds

Explosions were heard in Kyiv during the night of July 10, with the sounds of air defense systems operating audible in the capital, according to our correspondent and the Ukrainian Air Force.
At approximately 1:03 AM Kyiv time, an air raid alert was declared in the capital. By 1:12 AM Kyiv time, air defense systems were heard in action, followed by the sound of an explosion, likely the result of a hostile drone being shot down.
Earlier, the military had reported the presence of drones in the Kyiv region, where air defense systems were already engaged.
