Explosions were reported in Crimea on November 30, accompanied by gunfire, reports the monitoring Telegram channel Crimean Wind.

"Gunfire and explosions are heard across the entire southern coast of Crimea," the report states.

Specifically, the sounds of gunfire have been reported near Simeiz.

"The shooting is intense and prolonged," noted the Crimean Wind channel.

Situation in Crimea

Russian forces seized Crimea in 2014, turning the entire peninsula into a large military base.

Ukraine's defense forces consider Russian military facilities in Crimea legitimate targets and regularly strike them. As a result, explosions frequently occur across the region.

Notably, explosions were reported in Crimea on November 29. It was initially suggested that the attack targeted an S-400 missile system.

Later, it was revealed that Ukrainian intelligence operatives had destroyed three Russian radar stations during the operation in Crimea on the same day.
