Explosion rocks occupied Enerhodar: Building used by Russians as torture chamber targeted
A powerful explosion rocks the Russian-occupied city of Enerhodar in the Zaporizhzhia region. According to preliminary information, the incident occurred in a building where the Russians had set up a torture chamber, according to the Mayor of Melitopol Ivan Fedorov.
The explosion occurred in a building on Budivelnyky Street 17. According to Fedorov, prior to the Russian full-scale invasion and the occupation of the city, there was a police station there. Now, the premises have been seized by Russian special services.
"The occupiers complain that the explosion happened in a residential building, but the locals know very well who is 'living' on Budivelnyky Street 17," the mayor added.
According to preliminary data, the building where the explosion occurred also houses a torture chamber. Captive civilians are reportedly being held there.

Situation in Enerhodar
Enerhodar was occupied by the Russians in the early days of the full-scale war. This city is a satellite city of the largest nuclear power plant in Europe.
Currently, the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant is also under the control of Russian occupiers. They have deployed military equipment on the plant's premises and are reportedly terrorizing the personnel, forcing them to take Russian passports.
