An explosion occurred at the BAE Systems plant located in Glascoed, Monmouthshire, United Kingdom, where artillery shells are filled with explosives, according to the local media.
According to preliminary information, the explosion occurred in a remote part of the facility, where artillery shells are filled with explosive material.
The explosion occurred around 10:49 local time and is currently under control. The company reported no casualties among the staff.
It is known that over 500 people work at the Glascoed plant.
