European Parliament President arrives in Kyiv: Details

The head of the European Parliament, Roberta Metsola, arrived in Kyiv on Wednesday morning. Her speech in the Verkhovna Rada is expected, according to the post of Metsola in X and MP Oleksiy Honcharenko in Telegram.

About the arrival of Metsola to the Ukrainian capital, MP Oleksiy Honcharenko also informed in Telegram and added that the speech of the official in the Verkhovna Rada is expected.
"The head of the European Parliament, Roberta Metsola, arrived in Kyiv. A speech in the Verkhovna Rada is planned," he wrote.

According to media sources, the European Commission has postponed indefinitely the 19th package of sanctions against the Russian Federation, which was due to be submitted today, 17 September.
