EU support for Ukraine

The European Union provides comprehensive support to Ukraine, focusing on financial, military, humanitarian, and political assistance. The EU also helps Ukrainian refugees who were forced to leave their homes because of Russia's war against Ukraine.

The EU's support demonstrates the unity of European countries in protecting Ukraine and countering Russian aggression.

Ukraine has recently signed an agreement with the EU to raise up to €35 billion against Russian assets. These funds are part of the G7 initiative, namely the Extraordinary Revenue Acceleration Loans for Ukraine.

On December 3, the Verkhovna Rada amended the Budget Code to receive $50 billion from the G7 countries for Russian assets.
