What led to this
On the night of September 7, Russians reported an attack in the Voronezh region. The governor claimed that debris from a drone had fallen, igniting a fire that spread to explosive materials and caused detonations.
Initially, the governor announced the evacuation of residents from one village to a nearby settlement. Within half an hour, he updated that several villages would be evacuated.
Online sources claim that a drone struck the ammunition warehouse and have published videos of the explosions. Local residents reported that the detonations have been ongoing for several hours.
