Elon Musk takes revenge on his son from Ashley St. Clair

American entrepreneur, billionaire, Tesla CEO Elon Musk wants to silence the mother of his child, writer Ashley St. Clair. That is why he significantly reduced payments after she sued him, reports People.
It should be noted that in February, 26-year-old Ashley St. Clair filed a lawsuit demanding sole custody of their son. She also demanded that 53-year-old Musk take a paternity test. Now the billionaire has taken action in response.
"Elon Musk has financially retaliated against his own child and reduced his financial support substantially and unilaterally. He did this after Ashley was forced to bring this matter to court when he refused to respond to her many private attempts to resolve this matter without publicity," St. Clair's legal team said in a statement.
At the same time, he filed a motion to "gag" Ashley and prevent her from reporting his actions. The judge dismissed the motion due to its extraordinary nature, although it is still pending.
"Ashley is vigorously opposing this application in order to preserve her right to speak out," the lawyers said.
On February 14, 2025, Ashley St. Clair wrote that she had given birth to Elon Musk's 13th child. According to the writer, their romance lasted from May 2023 to early 2024.
"Five months ago, I welcomed a new baby into the world. Elon Musk is the father," she wrote.
In February, St. Clair first filed for custody of her son, who is signed in the documents as R.S.C. In the petition, she claimed that Musk is the father of the boy, who was born in September 2024. She claims that the billionaire was not present at the time of R.S.C's birth, met him only three times, and took no part in his care and upbringing.
Although she claimed that Musk was R.S.C's father, she also filed a petition to establish paternity along with a petition for custody.
The trial is scheduled to take place at the end of May and will be held in closed session.
