During month of ceasefire, Russia launches 70 missiles and thousands of UAVs - Ukraine's Foreign Ministry

For Russia, lies and manipulation are typical. In the month following Washington's proposal for a ceasefire, the enemy launched 70 missiles and thousands of Shahed drones at Ukraine, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine reports.
"Today (April 11 - ed.) marks exactly one month since Russia refused to accept a full interim ceasefire proposed by the United States. Exactly one month ago, on March 11th in Jeddah, Ukraine agreed to such proposal. Unconditionally," Andrii Sybiha, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, stated.
During this time, the terrorist country, according to Sybiha, launched:
-
70 missiles of various types;
-
over 2,200 Shahed-type drones;
-
more than 6,000 guided aerial bombs.
"These were Russian responses to peace proposals. This is typical of Russia: lying, manipulating, and continuing terror. For one month already, there may have been silence and confidence-building measures to advance the fair peace that the US, European, and other partners wish to achieve," the Ukrainian Minister added.
Sybiha also noted that today Russia is the only obstacle to peace, and therefore the world must intensify pressure on the enemy.
Questions surrounding ceasefire between Ukraine and Russia
In March, Ukraine agreed to the US proposal for a complete ceasefire with Russia for 30 days. Meanwhile, Russia began to set forth a number of conditions, including, for example, the cessation of Western aid to Ukraine, Kyiv's refusal to mobilize, and more.
Recently, Russia's Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov called the US proposal for a 30-day truce "unacceptable" because they "do not solve the problems" of the terrorist country.
