Drones hit Dzerzhinsk again, targeting Russia's explosives plant

Drones attacked the industrial zone of Dzerzhinsk, Russia, for the second time in a week. Several buildings and cars were reportedly damaged, according to Gleb Nikitin, governor of the Nizhny Novgorod region of Russia.
“Last night, 30 drones were destroyed by air defense forces in the industrial zone of Dzerzhinsk. According to preliminary information, there were no casualties. The debris caused damage to several buildings, farm buildings, and cars,” Nikitin said.
He also reported that debris fell on the territory of one of the enterprises, but allegedly, no significant damage to industrial infrastructure was recorded.
Earlier, the media reported on a new raid by Ukrainian drones, citing eyewitnesses. As on the previous day, the governor did not name the enterprise that was attacked by the drones.
Background
On the night of October 5-6, the Sverdlov Plant in the Nizhny Novgorod region of Russia was hit by drones. It is one of the largest manufacturers of explosives in Russia.
The enterprise is one of Russia's leading manufacturers of industrial explosives, transmission charges for the mining industry, perforating charges for oil and gas production, as well as equipment for seismic and geophysical work.
The plant also manufactures aerial bombs, warheads for anti-tank cumulative guided missiles, and warheads for anti-aircraft missile systems. The plant is on the sanctions list of the European Union, Ukraine, the US, the UK, Japan, and Switzerland.
In October last year, drones belonging to Ukraine's Defense Intelligence and the Security Service of Ukraine attacked the Sverdlov plant. At that time, the hexogen and octogen production workshop was damaged.
