On the night of January 18, unknown drones attacked the Tula region of Russia. Meanwhile, Russians are reporting explosions and a fire, according to Russian Telegram channels.

In particular, the Mash channel reports that drones attacked an oil depot in the Vuzlivskyi district of the region. According to residents, at least 10 explosions were heard, followed by a fire at the facility. A corresponding video has been posted online.

Later, the Telegram channel SHOT published more detailed information, stating that the attacks were aimed at enterprises in the area of the Didilove station and an oil depot near the city of Vuzlova.

"According to residents, explosions began around 1:30 a.m., with over 10 loud bangs heard in total. After that, a fire glow and smoke appeared near the industrial sites," the message reads.

Several other channels report fires at industrial facilities, indicating that the fire broke out in multiple locations. Emergency services are reportedly working at the scene. Shortly before the explosions, a drone attack warning had been issued for the Tula region.

Governor of Tula region Dmitry Milyaev confirmed the drone attack and the fire.

"A fuel tank at one of the regional enterprises caught fire. Firefighting teams are working at the scene. According to preliminary information, there are no casualties. The drone attack warning remains in effect in the region. Please remain calm. The situation is under control," Milyaev was quoted as saying by Russian Telegram channels.

It should be noted that a few hours earlier, on the evening of January 17, unknown drones attacked an oil depot in the Kaluga region of Russia. According to reports, the attack took place in the town of Lyudinovo, after which a fire broke out.

Later, the governor of the region, Vladislav Shapsha, confirmed that as a result of the drone attack, a fire broke out at an industrial facility.
