Drones attacked oil depot in Belgorod region
On the night of August 3, drones attacked an oil depot in the Gubkinsky district of the Belgorod region, Russia, according to Russian Telegram channels.
According to the region's governor, Vyacheslav Gladkov, the attack was carried out by the Armed Forces of Ukraine using drones.
He specified that the explosion at the oil depot resulted in the ignition of one of the tanks. However, firefighters managed to extinguish the blaze. There were no casualties as a result of the attack.
Night attacks on Russia
Drones attacked Russian territory that night. In the village of Zhylyna in the Oryol region, two drones struck a 16-story building. According to Governor Andrey Klychkov, there were no casualties from the attack, and the fire was contained.
Later, reports emerged of a drone attack in Morozovsk in the Rostov region. Preliminary information indicated that a military airfield was targeted, and judging by the explosions, an ammunition depot was on fire.
The governor of the region stated that warehouse facilities in the Kamensky and Morozovsky districts were damaged.
By early morning, Russian Telegram channels reported that fuel tanks were burning in the Kamensky district. According to residents, the attack targeted the Atlas plant, which supplies petroleum products to the Russian army.
