Russia reported a massive drone attack on its territory during the night of June 14. In particular, explosions occurred during the attack in the Stavropol Krai, states the governor of Stavropol Krai, Vladimir Vladimirovich Vladimirov.

On the night of June 14 in Nevinnomyssk, Stavropol Krai, Russia, a series of explosions occurred.

Residents reported that around 3:20 a.m., they heard an air raid siren, followed by at least ten explosions. Bright flashes were also visible in the sky.

Indeed, at 3:06 a.m., an air raid alert was declared in the region.

Target may have been a chemical plant

According to preliminary data, the likely target of the drone attack was a local chemical enterprise. An air defense system was operating in the area around the plant, which presumably intercepted the drones.

The governor of Stavropol Krai, Vladimir Vladimirov, reported one injured person. Debris from a downed drone fell in the city’s industrial zone. The injured person is receiving medical assistance. Emergency services are working on site, and the area is being inspected.

Attacks were also recorded in the Samara region

There are also reports of a nighttime drone attack on an industrial enterprise in the city of Novokuybyshevsk, Samara region.

According to local authorities, there were no damages or casualties; however, the video tells a somewhat different story.

In the past day, Russian forces deployed 3,135 kamikaze drones along the front line. The hottest fighting was in the Pokrovsk direction.

Additionally, Russian forces launched drones over the Zaporizhzhia region during the night of Saturday, June 14. At least five strikes were carried out.
