Russian attack drones targeted Kharkiv, with strikes recorded in two districts of the city. One of the drones hit a residential high-rise building, states Mayor Ihor Terekhov.

According to him, three drone strikes were recorded in the Shevchenkivskyi and Kyivskyi districts of the city. Information on casualties and damage is still being clarified.

Later, Terekhov reported that a drone had struck a residential high-rise in the Kyivskyi district. Details on casualties are also being verified.

Terekhov later confirmed that two people were injured as a result of the strike on the high-rise building in Kharkiv’s Kyivskyi district.

Russia's airstrike

On the evening of Tuesday, February 25, Russian forces launched Shahed-type drones toward Ukraine from multiple directions.

Around midnight, monitoring channels reported explosions in Kharkiv at two-minute intervals.

Meanwhile, in the Bucha district of Kyiv region, an enemy drone struck a residential building, causing a fire at the site of impact.
