In the Bucha district of Kyiv region, a Russian strike drone hit a residential building, sparking a fire at the scene, states the acting head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, Mykola Kalashnyk.

He reported that the drone crashed into a two-story private house. Emergency services are already on-site, working to mitigate the aftermath.

"In the same district, a 19-year-old woman was injured in the attack. She has been hospitalized with a head contusion," the statement said.

Kalashnyk noted that the enemy drone attack is ongoing and urged residents to remain in shelters until the danger has passed.

Russia's drone attack

On the evening of February 25, Russian forces once again launched dozens of Shahed-type kamikaze drones toward Ukraine.

Around 11:00 p.m. Kyiv time, explosions were heard in Kyiv as air defense systems engaged incoming targets.
