On Saturday morning, April 4, Russians attacked Kyiv with drones. As a result of falling debris, an office building caught fire in one of the districts, according to Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko.

"In the Darnytskyi district, according to preliminary information, as a result of UAV debris falling onto the roof of a four-story office building, a fire broke out on the top floor of the building. Emergency services are heading to the scene," the mayor wrote.

Ukrzaliznytsia reported that due to drone attacks along train routes within Kyiv and the region, safety stops will be announced and passenger evacuations will be carried out.

Previous strikes on Kyiv and the region

Regarding the latest Russian attacks on the Kyiv region, the day before, during a daytime massive attack, enemy forces carried out a series of strikes on the region. As a result, there was one fatality and injuries, and a veterinary clinic with animals burned down.

It was also reported that on the night of March 29, the Russian army launched several dozen drones at Kyiv.

Earlier, as a result of a Russian drone attack on Kyiv, one person was killed and seven others were injured.
