The Russian army attacked Obolonskyi district in Kyiv with drones on the night of May 4. Cars and the Dream Town shopping mall were damaged, and a high-rise building caught fire.

People have been cleaning up the aftermath of the drone attack since the very morning.

Dream Town shopping mall will be closed tomorrow

On May 5, Dream Town (Dream Berry) shopping mall will remain closed.

"Tomorrow Dream Berry will be closed for repairs. But Yellow Dream is operating as usual, come by," said Harik Korohodskyi.

Drone attack on Kyiv

Around 1:00 AM on Sunday, May 4, explosions were heard in Kyiv. The city’s air defense system was activated in response to enemy strike drones.

This morning, May 4, falling debris from downed aerial targets was reported in three districts of Kyiv as a result of the Russian drone attack. Fires broke out throughout the city.

In particular, in the Obolonskyi district, seven cars caught fire, and a fire broke out on the roof of a high-rise building. In addition to the Obolonskyi district, there was damage in the Shevchenkivskyi and Sviatoshynskyi districts.

Initially, it was reported that one person had been injured, but the number of wounded has since increased. Two children were among the injured, and the number of adult casualties rose to seven. Currently, 11 injured individuals have been reported in Kyiv. All fires have been extinguished.
