How to make a face mask
Beauty expert Vibha Gambhir shared that her homemade mask recipe can make the skin glow and fight wrinkles.
"This three-ingredient face mask is my go-to for smooth, hydrated, and luminous skin," she noted.
Start by pouring a glass of milk into a bowl. This ingredient serves as the base. According to the expert, the product is rich in lactic acid, which gently exfoliates dead skin cells.
Next, add four tablespoons of cornstarch – it is widely available and gives the mask a creamy texture. If have not cornstarch, rice flour can be used instead.
Finish the homemade mask with a teaspoon of olive oil, which provides excellent hydration. Mix everything evenly and apply the mask to your clean face. Leave it on for about 20 minutes, then rinse with warm water.
The expert claims that the combination of these simple ingredients helps exfoliate and brighten the skin, smooth out fine wrinkles, and increase elasticity.
"It’s like giving your skin a big drink of hydration. A mask like this is brilliant for counteracting those effects," she added.
It’s also recommended to include vitamin D in your diet to help balance your skin during the winter months.
