Did suspension of US aid affect situation in Kursk region? Zelenskyy responds

The advance of Russian troops in the Kursk region is not a consequence of the suspension of US aid to Ukraine, according to President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in an interview with Time.
As Time writes, the suspension of aid to Ukraine, including the exchange of intelligence data, has harmed Ukrainian troops on the battlefield. Without US satellites, they lost the ability to detect approaching Russian bombers and cruise missiles. At the same time, the impact was also felt in the Kursk region, where Russian forces began advancing.
The President of Ukraine, in turn, "declined to pin the blame on the Trump administration."
"This is not related. Don’t get me wrong. The state of morale always depends on whether your partners are standing beside you. But I wouldn’t say that the freeze influenced the operation in Kursk," the president explained.
Suspension of US aid
In early March, it became known that the US had suspended arms supplies and intelligence sharing with Ukraine. Support was restored after hours-long negotiations between the US and Ukraine in Saudi Arabia on March 11.
As Zelenskyy explained, it is dangerous for Ukraine if the US turns its back on it. The recent resumption of support was crucial for Kyiv.
