Defeat near Pokrovsk: Zelenskyy reports hundreds of enemy casualties and destroyed equipment

Russian troops prepared a large-scale assault on Pokrovsk. However, thanks to the efforts of the Ukrainian military, the enemy’s attack was unsuccessful, according to a statement made by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy during a briefing.
The President of Ukraine, during his report, informed about the successful defense by Ukrainian forces during a major Russian offensive on Pokrovsk.
According to him, thanks to the coordinated efforts of the 14th and 117th brigades, they managed to completely destroy:

115 units of enemy equipment,
-
eliminate 200 Russian soldiers,

with another 30 injured.
Assault on Pokrovsk
Earlier today, the Commander of the National Guard of Ukraine, Oleksandr Pivnenko, shared that the Chervona Kalyna fighters in the Pokrovsk direction repelled a large-scale assault by Russian forces.
He reported that Ukrainian defenders struck over 240 enemies and a significant amount of enemy equipment.
Situation on the frontline
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, over the past 24 hours, more than one hundred combat encounters were recorded along the frontline. According to the military, the most active directions remain:

Pokrovsk,

Toretsk,

Lyman,
-
Novopavlivka.
Meanwhile, the General Staff reported that active combat operations continue in the Kursk region. Over the course of a day, Ukrainian forces repelled nearly 20 Russian attacks there.
