Directions:
Step one: Rinse the chicken thoroughly, be sure to remove all innards and peel. Then place the chicken in a saucepan so that it fits completely. Put a bay leaf on it, rub it with spices. Pour beer over the chicken and let it marinate for at least an hour.
Step two: Rinse the rice and put it in a clean one liter jar. Then pour water over it, don't forget to add salt. Put the marinated chicken on the jar, place this "construction" on a rack and send it to the oven.
It's important that the oven is cold. The jar should heat up gradually, otherwise, it will crack. Turn on the oven only when you've already placed the chicken on the jar. Start by roasting the chicken at a temperature of 190 degrees Celsius for about 40 minutes. Then reduce the heat to 160 degrees and leave the chicken for another 2 hours.
Step three: Take out the cooked chicken from the oven. Hold the rack carefully so that the chicken doesn't fall off the jar. Then turn the chicken over, and the rice should spill out inside. Be careful, as the jar and the chicken will be hot. After this, you can slice the chicken or serve it to the table.
