According to the expert, any alcohol causes dehydration and dryness of the skin, leading to premature wrinkles, dark circles under the eyes, and other signs of aging.

Alcohol also affects the blood vessels. When consuming alcohol, the face often becomes red, and sometimes, even after just one sip, this condition can exacerbate skin problems such as eczema, rosacea, breakouts, or psoriasis.
