Ukrainian astrologer Kateryna Soloviova shares which signs will be under particular pressure and which ones will see a window of opportunities during this period.

Who will benefit from the eclipse and the Chinese New Year
At 2:02 PM Kyiv time, the exact phase of the New Moon will occur, and at 2:13 PM, the exact phase of the ring-shaped solar eclipse — also called the fire ring — when the Moon will cover up to 96% of the Sun’s central disk.
"Both luminaries at the time of the eclipse will be in the sign of Aquarius. This is an unfavorable position for the Sun. The Sun, the Moon, and Mars — which rules Tuesday — will all be in a tense aspect with the ruler of the eclipse and New Moon, Uranus (the planet of surprises and revolutionary changes). This means that everything planned will face certain challenges during its implementation," the astrologer noted.
Since, according to Soloviova, all planets except Jupiter will be direct, this eclipse is likely to bring new transformations rather than affect existing processes or situations.
"First and foremost, it will affect those whose work is connected with invention and innovation, government and political activity, science and research, especially in technical and mechanical fields in any industry: radio and television, electrical and electronic, aviation and space, and so on," the astrologer added.
Those who should be cautious during this eclipse were born in the following periods of any year:
-
February 14–20
-
May 16–22
-
August 19–25
-
November 18–24
Those who will have a chance for positive changes were born:
-
April 16–22
-
June 17–23
-
October 19–25
-
December 17–23
"Very importantly: this solar eclipse not only opens a karmic corridor but also marks the start of the New Year according to the Eastern calendar, traditionally celebrated on the second New Moon after the winter solstice. During this period, the Red Fire Horse — the seventh sign in the Chinese zodiac cycle — comes into influence. This totem symbolizes forward movement, speed, freedom and independence, energy, courage, passion, swiftness, impulsiveness, a tendency for dynamic changes, and bright events," the astrologer explained.
"For many, the coming 12 months will be a time of trials, shocks, and unexpected changes, and the outcomes of events during this period may influence a person for years. This year may be particularly difficult for those born in the years of the Horse, Rat, Ox, and Rooster. Lucky ones may be those born in the years of the Tiger, Dog, Goat, and Snake," Soloviova concluded.
