In Kyiv today, February 7, due to a massive rocket attack, a high-rise building in the Holosiivskyi district was damaged by debris, with several floors on fire. Additionally, a huge crater has formed on the left bank.

RBC-Ukraine publishes photos and videos of the consequences of the shelling in various areas of the capital.

In particular, damage to cars and buildings due to falling debris has been recorded in the Desnianskyi and Dniprovskyi districts.

The RBC-Ukraine correspondent visited the scene of the events.

Power outages are also reported on the left bank due to emergency power cuts implemented as a result of the attack.

The damage to 2 high-voltage lines has been recorded due to the falling debris from the morning rocket attack.

Moreover, in the Holosiivskyi district, there is destruction in an 18-story building - the State Emergency Service is evacuating people and extinguishing the fire. According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, there are likely casualties under the rubble. Additionally, a car repair shop and cars caught fire there.

Over a dozen people were affected in the Holosiivskyi and Dniprovskyi districts.

Today, February 7, the Russian army launched a massive attack on Ukraine, using cruise missiles and ballistic missiles. Only over Kyiv and the air defense area were about 20 enemy targets successfully shot down. After a series of explosions, it became known that there were consequences in several capital districts due to debris.
