- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 33g cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 60g dark chocolate
Step-by-step cooking recipe:
- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Prepare a round 16cm diameter cake pan: place bananas, eggs, cocoa powder, and baking powder in a blender. Mix until smooth.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the dessert comes out clean. While the cake is still hot, place cubes of dark chocolate on top and let it melt. Then, evenly distribute it and let it cool. Serve and enjoy!
