Britain's ongoing assistance to Ukraine
As one of Ukraine's key allies in countering Russian aggression, the United Kingdom has consistently supported the country since the outset of the full-scale terrorist invasion. London has provided not only humanitarian aid but also military and financial support, including Challenger 2 tanks and long-range Storm Shadow missiles. Additionally, Britain has played a role in training Ukrainian pilots on F-16 fighter jets.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited Britain in May 2023, engaging in significant meetings that further strengthened the ties between the two nations. The visit underscores the continued commitment of the United Kingdom to stand by Ukraine in the face of regional challenges.
