Breakfast favorite: Ukrainian savory cheesecakes topped with sour cream

Savory Syrnyky with Sour Cream: Easy Recipe
Ingredients:
- 200 g cottage cheese
- 70 g hard cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- A bunch of dill
- 1 egg
- 100 g flour (70 g for the dough, 30 g for shaping the syrnyky)
- Sour cream for serving
Instructions:
Place the cottage cheese in a bowl. Grate the hard cheese, add chopped dill, egg, spices, and mix well until the mixture is smooth.

Gradually add the flour. The mixture should hold its shape but not be too stiff. Form small syrnyky and coat them in flour.
