Additionally, green tea consists mostly of water, and maintaining hydration is crucial for a healthy immune system. Dehydration can reduce the ability of immune cells to recognize and fight infections and inflammation.

Almond milk

Almond milk, made primarily from almonds, contains vitamin E, which supports immune function and protects against oxidative stress.
