Body recovered from Lviv residential building destroyed by Russian missile

Rescuers have recovered the body of a man from under the rubble of a five-story apartment building destroyed by a Russian missile in Lviv. The search-and-rescue operation at the strike site is still ongoing, according to the Lviv Regional Military Administration, Maksym Kozytskyi.
What is known about the victim
The man's body was found under the debris of the apartment building on Vyhovskoho Street. Authorities are currently working to identify him.
The search and rescue operation in Lviv has not yet been completed.
Emergency crews continue clearing the rubble of the damaged building, as people may still be trapped beneath the debris.
Russia's mass attack on Ukraine on July 30: What we know
As reported earlier, Russia launched a massive overnight missile and drone attack on Ukraine on July 30. During the attack, a missile struck a residential high-rise in Lviv and also destroyed the home of a large family near Kryvyi Rih.
In total, Russia launched 74 missiles and 284 drones during the attack.
As RBC-Ukraine previously reported, rescuers earlier pulled a 93-year-old woman from under the rubble of the Lviv five-story building.
At that time, two people were still listed as missing. More than 30 people were injured in Lviv alone.
