Biden comments on special prosecutor's decision in emergency address

President Joe Biden commented on the special prosecutor's decision not to press charges against him regarding the secret documents found, according to his video adress.
Biden denies deliberately retaining classified materials, although the special prosecutor's report states otherwise.
"Our investigation uncovered evidence that President Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen," the report states.
The special prosecutor decided not to press charges against the president in this matter. According to Robert Hur's formulation, the President of the U.S. is an elderly person with poor memory.
